Comprehensive System For Every Need

Control rooms, wired to the cloud.

Evensys engineers the control and safety systems that run plants — ICSS, DCS, SCADA, power management — then bridges them to IIoT telemetry and analytics without loosening the boundary between the two networks.

One engineering core, seven places it lands.

The same control, safety and telemetry stack is deployed into six sectors, plus the cross-sector core that all of them share. Drag the diagram, or work down the list.

Seven surfaces, one engineering core. Pick a sector to see the systems we deliver into it.

Two disciplines that usually do not talk.

Most plants have an automation team and an IT team with a firewall and a grudge between them. We are staffed to sit on both sides of it.

OT

Operational technology

PLC and SCADA engineering: control narratives, alarm rationalisation, signal integrity, historian patterns, and the reliability practice that keeps a plant running.

IT

Information technology

Cloud architecture, a security baseline that survives an audit, deployment automation, and observability on the systems that carry plant data.

IIoT

The bridge

Secure data pipelines from the shopfloor to the dashboard, engineered for industrial conditions rather than retrofitted from an office network.

Inside a control cabinet: combed wiring looms, DIN-rail terminals and amber status indicators.
Panel build — terminals, looms, status.
A subsea pipeline lit by a single survey lamp, weld seams and anode collars visible.
Subsea corrosion inspection — since 2022.
Rows of ground-mounted solar panels at dusk, seen from above along a service track.
Solar monitoring analytics — since 2023.

The cross-sector core.

Ten systems recur in every sector we serve. Engineered once, deployed into any of them — which is why a petrochemical control narrative and a tunnel ventilation interlock come off the same bench.

How a job actually runs.

Four stages. The survey comes before the scope, and the security boundary is drawn during design rather than bolted on at handover.

  1. 1.0

    Assessment & scope

We walk the plant, read the existing drawings, and list what is actually installed — not what the as-builts claim. The scope comes out of that survey.

    • Site survey
    • I/O and signal list
    • Gap analysis
    • Scope of work
  2. 2.0

    Architecture & security

Control network and IT network are designed together, with the boundary between them drawn deliberately. Segmentation and access control are part of the design, not a later hardening pass.

    • Network architecture
    • Segmentation plan
    • IAM and access model
    • Functional design spec
  3. 3.0

    Build & validate

Panels built and wired, logic written, then tested against the spec before anything reaches site. Factory acceptance first, site acceptance after.

    • Panel build
    • Logic and HMI
    • FAT
    • SAT
  4. 4.0

    Handover & operations

Operators are trained on the system they will actually run, with the drawings and the spares list to match. Support continues after the handover certificate.

    • Operator training
    • As-built drawings
    • Spares list
    • Ongoing support

Tell us what is installed, and what it needs to do.

A sentence on the plant and the systems in scope is enough to start. If you already have a P&ID or an I/O list, mention it and we will ask for it.
